Tom is an ISSA certified personal trainer. Weightlifting has helped him change his life for the better and he wants to help others find that same purpose and passion. Tom takes a practical approach to fitness, and meets his clients where they are at in their fitness journey. He works closely with his clients to set attainable goals.

My priority and focus is to teach my clients Proper Body Mechanics, Form and Technique. Help them reach their health and fitness goals to achieve lasting results and avoid injury. I incorporate different exercise modalities for my clients specific needs to optimize their health/fitness goals. I’ve worked with all fitness levels from novice to athletes.
