I specialize in working with individuals rehabbing from injuries and those seeking to enhance everyday mobility, focusing on functional movement patterns. My four years as a wrestler taught me discipline and resilience, which I apply to help clients achieve their fitness goals effectively.

Certified Trainer
Mathew Johnson specializes in a variety of training options such as Lifestyle Coaching & Training, Strength & Conditioning, Health Coaching, Corrective Exercise, Sports Training, and Powerlifting. His approach to training stems from a goal focused avenue, integrating custom training, tailored to a variety of individuals such as athletes or to those who are simply looking to get in shape. His objective is to ensure training protocols, such as exercise form and execution, are applied to everyday training and day to day life.
Mathew has been a personal trainer for the last 3 years. He has a diverse background in a variety of sports, including both football and wrestling. He received a scholarship from Western State for football, as well as was a high performing athlete that was awarded First Team All Conference and Second Team All State in his highschool career. During his post athletic career, he pivoted to powerlifting and bodybuilding as a focus in his everyday life. Mathew has also competed in Classic Physique at the amateur level.

Tom is an ISSA certified personal trainer. Weightlifting has helped him change his life for the better and he wants to help others find that same purpose and passion. Tom takes a practical approach to fitness, and meets his clients where they are at in their fitness journey. He works closely with his clients to set attainable goals.

I am a certified Personal Train and have a certification in Kickboxology and Nutrition. I am pursuing my Masters in Clinical Psychology and love usihg my Odycholigy background to brrak through strong holds and achieve goals!

Katrina Romain

Katrina has been a strength coach, women’s fat loss coach, and injury rehab specialist for over 16 years. Her goal is not only to coach clients to their sports performance, fitness, or rehab goal through a customized and structured program, but to also create people who are smart about their bodies. Katrina is proud to say that clients that train with her, become knowledgeable and confident ‘fitness nerds’ who can safely and effectively train on their own if they so choose.
Katrina is a lifelong athlete, with her most serious sports being rugby and Muay Thai kickboxing. She has also personally recovered from a serious back injury, and has chosen to specialize in back and neck rehab because of this experience. During her time in the Air Force, she was stationed in Colorado and fell in love with the state, promising herself she would come back. So after a 10 year absence, she moved back to Colorado from the DC/Maryland/Northern Virginia area. -
